Sautéed Kale

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 C kale
- 1/4 C chopped onion
- 1 tsp. garlic
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Sautée onion two minutes; add garlic. When garlic and onion are ready, add kale. Cook until the kale wilts. Squeeze lemon over kale.

In order to eat more healthfully, I am committing to eating one garden-based meal each day. Two during the summer harvest. Tonight’s dinner is sautéed kale over rice.
I planted eight more teepees yesterday. Okay, there are tomato seedlings under the Walls O Water. The two 4″ high seedlings I planted in February are two feet high now. During cold weather. The WoWs work.
